      On the morning of September 29, the first meeting of the 15th Santai County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was successfully completed and closed in the academic lecture hall of the party school of the county party committee.

At the election meeting held before the closing meeting, He Lin, general manager of Sichuan Santai Lida Pump Co., Ltd., unanimously voted to be elected as a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the meeting passed the "Resolution of the First Meeting of the 15th Santai County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference".     

     On behalf of the Santai County CPC Committee, Wu Mingyu warmly congratulated the successful convening of the congress and expressed heartfelt thanks and high respect to CPPCC organizations at all levels and the vast number of CPPCC members, various democratic parties, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and personages without party affiliation. Wu Mingyu introduced the achievements made in various undertakings in Santai County in the past five years, and affirmed the important contributions made by CPPCC organizations at all levels and CPPCC members in the county's journey of forging ahead.

      He Qianghua, the newly elected chairman of the county CPPCC, pointed out in his speech that standing at a new historical starting point, the leading body and all members of the new county CPPCC will certainly live up to the great trust of the county party committee and the people of the county, inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the CPPCC, interpret responsibilities with scrupulous duty, shoulder the mission with passion and innovation, respond to expectations with hard work, and constantly push forward the cause of the CPPCC. Contribute more wisdom and strength to the comprehensive construction of the three socialist modernization stations. He Qianghua stressed that the first is to grasp the new mission and find the right position of political agreement in the governance system pattern. Improve political standing, strengthen institutional self-confidence, bravely undertake the mission of the times, transform the advantages of the CPPCC system into governance efficiency, and play the unique role of the special consultative body of the CPPCC to promote the modernization of county governance. The second is to promote new development and contribute wisdom in serving the overall situation of the county. Based on the overall development of the county, conscientiously implement the deployment requirements made by the 14th Party Congress of the county, focus on the major events and important matters in the high-quality development of the county's economic transformation and upgrading, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of participation in and discussion of government affairs, and strive to be a staff assistant to the county party committee and the county government.
